This quilt was made for Project Quilting, season 3.2. The challenge was Making Music where we were to be inspired by a song title.

I chose “The Pine Tree” by Johnny Cash and June Carter which have the lyrics "My Love is a Pine Tree."

The moon is an antique button with some fun fur yarn around it. It reminds me of a comedy sketch done on The Mighty Boosh, a British show.
