The letters on the ten fabric bubbles spell out "SHARE MAGIC." The fabric bubbles are made with a batik fabric that I fussy cut to get shapes that looked like the could be soap bubbles. The background fabric is a hand dyed fabric that is mostly blue but you can see other colors in it where the dyes didn't mix all the way. There are also 28 sheer fabric bubbles (ten are partially on top of the fabric letter bubbles). All the edges were quilted with a shiny multicolored variegated thread which was also used to free motion quilt between the bubbles. This piece was for Project Quilting, Season 13.3, Kitchen Influence.
