This was a quilt top pieced with several traditional quilt blocks (also called a "Sampler") that I cut apart, quilted with small square and rectangle shapes, then those pieces were appliqued to a backing fabric with some of the batting still visible along the edges.
The quilt is named because it's a play on a chocolate "Sampler" box. |
