There had previously been an Island Batik Blog Hop where we made mini quilts and I made several 6" x 6" pieces then wrapped them around canvas.
I was happy with the way they came out so I made some more, including this one, which uses the same fabrics I used in "Flight," only in this piece they colored pieces started as 1" squares and after they were sewn they were only half an inch! It is called "Island Colors" because I used Island Batik fabrics. |
