​This quilt was made for Project Quilting, season 7.1. The challenge was Confetti.

This is a fabric mosaic. Tiny pieces of fabric are fused to a background, covered with tulle netting, then quilted together. Because it has three or more layers held together with stitches, it is a quilt. The sparkle you see in the photo is from the tulle.
