This quilt uses fabric from Island Batik's "Landscape" collection, which remind me of stained glass. Because I thought the fabric was too interesting to cut into small pieces, I used a long strip from each piece interspersed with a deep black batik fabric.

I also fused some black bias tape between the black fabrics, which reminded me of branches, and I liked that "Branches" could be a noun or a verb.
